      Along with this, the head, neck and chin fall down, pulling the dereistic area of the vertebrae into a heavy curvature. All of this combines to push the rib cage and diaphragm down, which makes the stomach protrude. Fortunately, all of these problems can be solved using simple strengthening techniques.
